Important: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.

Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s). Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship your return to:

Processing Your Return or Exchange

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and integrity of our collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items marked as such
  • Items from our Scene Stealer collection that have been worn or altered
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipment
