All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

• Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for return or exchange
• Your preference: refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Processing Your Return or Exchange

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

• Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days after processing
• PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after processing

For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and integrity of our collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale items marked as such
• Items from our Scene Stealer collection that have been worn or altered
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items that show signs of wear or damage not present at time of shipment
